The Indian Rounds (‘the Company, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions. These conditions will be applicable only for tour arrangements booked by the clients with the company. Once you book your tickets with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions. All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour” or arrangements mean the tour arrangements and do not specify anything particular. Please read the terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights.
1. Your Tour Contract
The contract between the Client and Company (between “you” and “our company”) is important to us. We assure that the contract placed between us will not be shared with any private third parties. Indian Rounds stands with its customers in matters of disputes, claims, or conflicts. However, we are not responsible for issues arising from personal matters. No employee in the company other than the director has the right to vary or omit any of these terms. Discounts and promotions will only be valid in written form.
2. Secure your Booking
To secure a booking, Indian Rounds requires customers to pay a minimum deposit amount. This is mandatory for all tour packages and, in some cases, a higher deposit may be required to cover payment conditions. Please read the booking conditions carefully. 3. Payment for your Tour
After paying the deposit, you must pay the remaining balance within a specified period. In some cases, full payment may be required before the start of the holiday. The “balance due date” will be informed during the booking process. Failure to pay on time may result in booking cancellation.

All payments must be made to the official account only. Payments to unauthorized accounts or personal numbers are not permitted.
4. Changes in Booking
If you wish to make changes to your booking, you must visit our office with the necessary receipts. Changes will only be permitted under emergency conditions and cannot be made repeatedly.
5. Cancellation of Booking
Cancellation of booking depends on specific circumstances. Customers must inform us via call or email within the stipulated time. Cancellation charges may apply. Refunds will not be provided in certain cases.
6. Complaints
If you have complaints regarding the holiday arrangements, you can contact us at enquiry@indianrounds.in. Our team will address your concerns within 24 hours.
7. Our Responsibility for Your Tour
We ensure careful arrangements for all tours. However, Indian Rounds is not responsible for any criminal or unlawful activities during travel. Customers should act responsibly and follow the laws of the destination.
8. Website & Brochure Information
The information on our website, brochures, itineraries, and advertisements is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, occasional errors may occur, and details may change. Please verify all information before booking.
9. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles and during travel to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
