Day 1:Arrival – NJP Train Station / IXB Airport to Phuentsholing

  • Arrival at NJP Train Station or Bagdogra Airport. 
  • Meet and greet, then transfer to Phuentsholing – a gateway town at the Indo-Bhutan border. 
  • Check in at the hotel. 
  • Evening free at leisure. 
  • Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Day 2:Phuentsholing – Thimphu

  • After breakfast, complete immigration formalities.
  • Drive through scenic mountain roads to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city.
  • Check in at the hotel.
  • Evening visit to Tashichhoe Dzong (outer view), a majestic fortress and seat of Bhutan’s government and religion.
