This private trip for two keeps a gentle pace, with late starts, one headline experience a day and free evenings to spend together. You meet Big Almaty Lake in the morning light, ride the cable car up Kok Tobe Hill as the city lights come on and go up to Shymbulak via Medeu for mountain views. A full day takes you to the Valley of Castles in Charyn Canyon, with a private car and guide throughout so you can stop where you like. We will arrange a welcome at your hotel, a candlelight dinner and a couples spa session, all subject to availability. Share your wedding date at booking and we will pass it on to the hotel.

Itinerary
1Day 1: Arrival in Almaty | Welcome
- Arrive at Almaty airport, where your private driver meets you.
- Transfer to your hotel and check in, with a flower or cake welcome and bed decoration, subject to availability.
- The rest of the day is free to rest and enjoy the mountain air.
- Overnight stay in Almaty.
2Day 2: Almaty City Tour | Kok Tobe at Sunset
- After a leisurely breakfast, set out with your private guide and car at a relaxed hour.
- Visit Panfilov Park and Zenkov Cathedral, then browse the stalls of Green Bazaar for spices, dried fruits and local sweets.
- Take a break at the hotel in the afternoon.
- In the evening, ride the cable car up Kok Tobe Hill for sunset views over Almaty and the mountains.
- Overnight stay in Almaty.
3Day 3: Big Almaty Lake | Couples Spa
- After breakfast, drive up to Big Almaty Lake, set among the peaks of the Trans-Ili Alatau.
- Spend time by the water for photographs and a short walk, as conditions allow.
- Return to Almaty for a free afternoon.
- Enjoy a couples spa session in the evening, subject to availability.
- Overnight stay in Almaty.
4Day 4: Charyn Canyon | Valley of Castles
- After an early breakfast, set out in your private car on the scenic drive east of Almaty.
- Walk through the Valley of Castles in Charyn Canyon and stop for photographs at the viewpoints.
- Have a relaxed lunch break on the way, payable locally.
- Return to Almaty by evening and rest at the hotel.

5Day 5: Medeu | Shymbulak | Candlelight Dinner
- After a late breakfast, drive into the mountains to Medeu, the high-altitude skating rink.
- Continue to Shymbulak and ride the cable car up for panoramic views.
- Spend free time at the resort for a warm drink and photographs before returning to the city.
- Enjoy a candlelight dinner in the evening, subject to availability.
- Overnight stay in Almaty.
6Day 6: Departure from Almaty
- After breakfast, check out of the hotel.
- Enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping, depending on your flight.
- Transfer to Almaty airport by private car for your flight back to India.
